  • 1.Is Charmkey a wholesale business or a factory?

    Shanghai Charmkey is a factory, located in Jiangsu Province, two hours' drive by car from Shanghai. Our workshops have great capability in a large scope of products, and we are one of the biggest manufacturers in China for fancy yarn products. We have 300 sets of brocade hook machines for all kinds of novel items and professional technicians and designers. Besides, we have offices in Shanghai near the people's square. Here is a big showroom. If you like, welcome to visit our showroom.

  • 2.How can I purchase yarn I’ve found on your site?

    You can click the “contact us” , here you will see a email address, write mail to us that tell me the yarn name or the yarn color you like. We will reply with you on time. Or you can leave a message directly to us.

  • 3.Can I get free yarn sample directly from Charmkey?

    Yes. Our sample is free of charge. But the delivery costs are collected.

  • 4.How can I choose the color card directly?

    Yes. Just write email to you tell what yarn you like, we will do the color shade and sent to you by TNT, DHL, EMS or FEDEX.

  • 5.How about the packing?

    Usually, the packing is ball yarn. The weight is from 50g-100g. Or if you like the big size, we can make around 200g to 500g or small weight from 10g-40g.

  • 6.Can I get the especially packing detail I like?

    Of course yes. Just tell us the packing you like or sent me the packing picture, we can do it.

  • 7.The delivery time and MOQ

    MOQ is 100kg for per style per color; 1ton for acrylic knitting yarn; 500kg for fancy yarn. The delivery time is about 35-40 days.

  • 8.If I do big order, how to pay?

    1.TT If you do a big order, the payment is 30% by T/T in advance, 70% by T/T after receipt the copy of the original B/L. 2.By LC

  • 9.Can I buy a single product or some samples?

    Yes, you can. Usually we will keep some stock yarn for our retail customers. You can buy 100 ball yarns or other. We support the payment by paypal or western union.

  • 10.Can I put me logo on the yarn?

    Yes. You can give us your logo design and we can do it for you.

  • 11.Can Charmkey design the yarn for myself?

    Yes. Tell me your idea and we can do the yarn for you.
